If you're using the built-in timesheet in QuickBooks Online, you can view the original time map before any changes by checking the Audit Log. Follow these steps:
1. Click on the Gear icon.
2. Under the Tools column, select Audit Log.
3. On the Audit log page, locate the edited Time charge and click View.
In the Audit History page will display a detailed record, including the original time entries and any edits made.
On the other hand, if you're referring to QuickBooks Time, you have two options to access the original time entries: using the View Log icon or downloading the Timesheet Log under the Reports tab. Here's how:
Option 1: Using the View Log icon.
1. On the QuickBooks Time page, then select Time Entries tab.
2. In the Timesheets tab, find the schedule you want to review.
3. Click the View Log icon to open the Timesheet History page, where the Log Message will display details of the original time entries.
Option 2: Downloading the Timesheet log.
1. Go to Reports tab.
2. Select Logging and Auditing, then click Timesheet Log.
3. Filter the Report Dates and download the CSV file. The Message column will show the details of the original time entries prior to editing.
