Join nowI was in QB and had up a transaction detail report of one of my expense accounts from last year. I got a phone call about something else, and was trying to minimize QB so I could get to my email. I must have hit something, I don't know what, because I got a pop up box that said "Warning. The file you specified cannot be opened. Make sure that it is not currently being used by another program or a read-only file. The windows error was 'The file exists.' " I have no idea what it is talking about. I hit the OK box, but it just blinks and stays there. Help!

None of these ideas worked. I ended up having to go to live chat and get support to take over my computer to get it fixed. It is hard to actually make contact with a person with QB. It would be nice to be able to "talk" to someone.
