Hello there, Gabrielle. Since sales orders are non-posting transactions, they do not show up on financial reports. Instead, the report tracks the invoices you create from them. If the items on your invoices don’t appear in the Sales by Product/Service Detail report, the most common reason is that the line items on those invoices were not correctly linked to a specific product or service.

To verify, open one of those invoices and check that every line item has a selection in the Product/Service column, because if that field is left blank or is not mapped to an income account, the report will not recognize the sale.

Also, ensure your report is set to an Accrual basis rather than Cash basis, as a cash basis will only display sales for which payment has already been received.
