We have our office credit card synced to Quickbooks, but i noticed this month that there are charges that are not showing on quickbooks. Has anyone else had this issue?

Hey there, Ngrant.

 

I'd like to know what credit card account is synced to QuickBooks Online. We have some reported cases about missing transactions. Though, we need to know your account to verify if your bank is part of the list.

 

In the mean time, manually update the account. Here's how:

  1. Click Banking.
  2. Choose Banking.
  3. Choose the credit card account, then click Update

Then, check again for the missing transactions. If you're still unable to see them, follow steps 2 and 3 in this article: What to do if you can’t find downloaded bank transactions.
