If you are unable to log in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account, we can sign in to your account using the Try something else button to sign in using an alternative method for your credentials.
Here's how:
- Search on your browser http://qbo.intuit.com/.
- Click on Try something else.
- In the dropdown menu, select one of three options Email, Phone number, or both Email & Phone number.
