We're unable to link our Visa credit card; only Mastercard can be used to submit an expense claim.
I recognize the importance of linking Visa credit cards in QuickBooks Online (QBO), Rowene.
Currently, using a Visa credit card when submitting an expense claim is unavailable in QBO. You can only use Mastercard. The program opted for Mastercard as the sole payment method for expense claims for various reasons such as partnership agreements, ease of integration, or security considerations.
We understand your need for the functionality of this option and would love to hear your thoughts by sending us feedback to our product developers. This way, they can review and consider adding it in future updates.
