To view last year's transactions, you need to navigate to the Transactions Tab, Morgan. This will allow you to check all your transactions since last year. I can guide you through the process.
Here's how:
- Select the Transactions Tab.
- From the Account: All drop-down menu, select the account you plan to upload transactions into.
- From the Date drop-down menu, select All.
- Click the Date column header to sort the list by date.
- Take note of the oldest transaction date in the account.

If you still can’t find your transactions after checking, you will need to sign in to your bank’s website and download your transactions as a CSV file. To import the old bank transactions, follow these steps.
Here's how:
- Select Settings ⚙.
- Select Imports.
- Choose Import older transactions for the account you want to add transactions to.
- Click Browse and find the file you downloaded from your bank. It's usually in your Downloads folder.
- Select the file and select Open to start the import.
- Review the column headers and data. Make sure the Date, Description, and Amount columns on the CSV match the columns and order in QuickBooks. The other column headers can be in any order.
- Hit Continue to complete the import.
