To make sure this issue will be addressed properly, I suggest contacting our QuickBooks Customer Care Team. They have the tools to pull up your account in a secure environment and provide you further information about the charge of your monthly subscription.
To reach them:
Go to the Help menu.
Select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
In the Have a Question window, click Contact us at the bottom portion of the screen.
