We can use incognito or a private window to see if you're experiencing a browser-related problem. Let's start by launching a regular browser and follow these shortcut keys below:
Once logged in, check to see if it works. Then, go back to the regular browser and start clearing its cache to remove temporary files that might have caused the issue. If it's still an issue, I'd recommend using another supported, up-to-date browser.
