Hi there, Kat. Do you mind sharing where you saw this notification? For example, was it an email, or a pop-up message inside your QuickBooks account?
If you received it via email, it means that there has been a recent update to your account. This is often triggered by updates to your Security settings, Profile information, User permission, and Billing details.
If you don't remember making any changes, the safest way to check is to go directly to https://accounts.intuit.com/. From there, you can navigate to the left-hand menu to review your Sign-in & security and Personal info sections. This allows you to confirm if the information is correct without any risk.
If you see an update you didn't authorize, I encourage you to update it immediately and change your password. Also, I recommend reaching out to our Live Support Team so they can help you further secure your account. Here’s how:
- Click the Help icon located at the top-right of your QBO account.
- Type Contact Us.
- Enter keywords about your concern and select Continue.
- You can connect through Chat or by requesting a Callback.
Your account's security is our top priority. If you have further questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
