Hi, liz142. Missing options in QuickBooks Online can happen due to browser cache issues or scheduled maintenance. Have you tried logging out and back in, or using an incognito/private window to see if that resolves the issue?

Alternatively, you can edit the template and temporarily change the type to Unscheduled or Reminder. For guidance, see this link: Edit a recurring template.
