What has the experience been with Mail Chimp? We have taken on Housecall Pro as a CRM but it's expensive and the automated emails do not start for a year!

We want to be able to easily (automated would be preferred) generate reminders to clients that we haven't been to in a year or more.

Here's how to access technical support:

1. Log in to your account, click on the Help icon.
2. Select Mailchimp Assistant or click on Help & Support for additional support methods.
3. In the Help & Support panel, select Contact Us.
4. Describe your issue briefly and click Continue.
5. Choose your preferred contact method from email, chat, or phone based on your pricing plan.


Please note, if you don't see Email us or Chat With Us options after logging in, your account may not have access to these support features. Support options vary by plan, please check your plan details for availability.
