Have you encountered an error message when setting up a new account? Let's go to the Chart of Accounts page to create your checking account again.

My help link just sits there and spins. The bank transaction update link does the same. I have tried for a couple of days to update bank transactions and it just sits and spins. Any way to talk to someone to get help

I can confirm that the support steps listed above by my colleague are correct and working, so I'd suggest trying a few troubleshooting steps to see if you can get that support chat or call me back feature to work. I'd recommend checking the browsing application being used. It's possible this could have something to do with temporary internet files. You can open a private window and try repeating the same process to see if it works.

If you're able to access the support options with no problems now and request a call back or start a chat, it's safe to say the browser is causing the issue. You can fix it by clearing cached data and Intuit-specific cookies.

One of the reasons why you're not able to see the Help icon is that you're directed to a QB Assistant pop-up. This serves as a way to get support through your account. I recommend typing in your question there. However, you easily request a callback by typing "Speak to a human" in the chat.
