Everytime I backup the data, it says to rebuild the data.
I do this but is keeps asking to rebuild...its not fixing the issue.
I now have a new computer. I am trying to move the program
over to the new machine.
I updated the QuickBooks on the old machine - and there is no help option for desktop..where

I got you here, and we'll do some steps to get rid of the rebuild-data prompt when backing up your file.
Aside from running the Rebuild data tool, you can also run the QuickBooks File Doctor. It covers a larger section and is mostly run if the Rebuild tool cannot fix the issue. To get it, you'll want to download and install the QuickBooks Tool Hub first. Just follow the on-screen steps and agree to the terms and conditions upon installation. You can find the detailed steps in this article: Fix company file and network issues with QuickBooks File Doctor.
If the QuickBooks File Doctor cannot fix the issue, you can manually fix the damaged data.
If the error doesn’t have an article, please contact Support to help repairing your company file. The option to get a callback is available during their office hours: 6:00 AM-6:00 PM PT Monday-Friday and 6:00 AM-3:00 PM PT Saturday.
You can also check about moving company files to another computer.

Once locked out to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account, you'll see this message: You have tried to sign in more than 5 times. To fix this, look for the CAPTCHA code under the message. This code is a combination of characters that is used to secure your account from unauthorized access from automated bots. Let me walk you through the process:

I need to get my 1099 from a closed intuit gopayments account that I used as a taxi driver. The old account was closed in december as I left the country. I came back and I had to open a new account and only started using that account two days ago.
I am unable to access my old account and I really need the 1099K so I can file my taxes.
Can you please help me? I have tried calling the only number we have is for sales and they transfer me and then they end up getting disconnected. Or they don't understand me properly. Can you please tell me how I can get the 1099K mailed to me? I cant even access the old account any longer.

SAME!!!!! I need to talk to someone ASAP - my business's direct deposit did not go through and I have very upset employees and I can't get ANY help. Why did the moderator's delete the phone numbers below? The chat and call-back options BOTH say they're closed - it's 11:30 AM on Friday, why are they closed???? I did get on a chat with someone but they are in the sales dept. so they couldn't help me at all. This is ridiculous.

An yet, QuickBooks has closed down the chat and callback features today (04/30/21), so it is impossible to reach them (presumably because they don't want to deal with all the angry customers whose paychecks were not direct-deposited this morning. This is absolutely unacceptable, Intuit--both the payroll failure and making it impossible for your customers to contact you.
I have been trying to log in to my QB account for the last several hours. It shows incorrect password. When I try to change it, I answer my challenge question and that doesn't work either. Then I enter my license number etc. and it says you don't recognize my #.When I try to get tech support it offers chat or call back, but the site won't let me select either. I called [phone number removed] and they sent a link with my license# (which is exactly the same as I have been entering) I pasted and copied the # from your link and still I get a message that the license number isn't recognized. I need help.
