I'm glad to see you here in the Community, @ryan-mcneil-spor.
You can click the Request support for your bank option so you can connect your SunTrust business account to QBO. Please refer to the steps below:
- In QuickBooks, go to the Banking/Transaction menu.
- Click Add account.
- Copy and paste your SunTrust account's URL in the search bar.
- If you can't find the URL you've entered on the lists, select the Request support for your bank button.
- Enter your bank's web address (URL) in the field provided, then select Request.
Here's the article that will provide more info about the process: Find your bank or credit card account when you connect to online banking.
Also, I recommend contacting the SunTrust support team to verify if there's any website maintenance. Then, you can connect your bank again after their website maintenance.
In the meantime, you can manually import transactions via WebConnect. To do so, log in to your bank, save files as CSV, OFX, QFX, or QBO to your computer. Then, sign in to QBO and upload them.
Once your account is already connected, you now have to categorize and match them in QBO.
Feel free to leave a reply below if you have further concerns about connecting your account to QuickBooks. I want to make sure you're taken care of, and I'm here to help you anytime. Take care always.
