Re: what's the difference if a user has full access and the admin access?

I'm here to help share some insights about the difference between the full access and the admin access uses, @jadabug06.

The admin can and do everything in QuickBooks. This includes adding users, sending money, and changing billing information. On the other hand, user/s with full access cannot open the Payroll Setup only the Admin and the External Accountant can do.

Restriction to the full payroll setup is as designed. If the secondary users have full access, they can still access the change payment and filing method portions of payroll setup from the payroll center.

For further details, you can check this article: QuickBooks Desktop Users and Restrictions.

Let me know if you have any other questions about the user's access in QuickBooks, I'm always here to help. Have a great day ahead!
