QuickBooks Online allows you to add the SKU to custom forms for Invoices, Sales Receipts, and Estimates, Robbin. While you can't directly include the SKU in the custom Purchase Order form, you can enter the SKU numbers in the description field to ensure they appear on the printed document for easy reference.
Before proceeding, edit your Standard template and enable the Description box. Then, copy the SKU number and add it to the description box.
Here's how:
- Go to the Gear icon.
- Then select Customer form styles. Locate the Standard template.
- Select Edit. On the Content section, mark check the Description field.
- Once done, click Done.

Additionally, I recommend submitting a feedback request regarding this feature. Our product development team will review it and may consider reintroducing this functionality in future updates.
Here's how:
- Login to QBO. Then, go to the Gear icon.
- Select Feedback.
- Enter your comments or product suggestions. Then select Next to submit feedback.

I've attached the article that can guide you with the customization as soon as you can access Custom Form Styles in QuickBooks: Customize invoices, estimates, and sales receipts in QuickBooks Online.
