When entering a vendor expense, the Business Network connection keeps coming up. How do I turn it off?

By following these steps, you can disable it by navigating to your Account and Settings and clicking the Turn Off button, Whitebear427.
 

Once you change your visibility to Off, QBO customers won’t be able to find your business if they search the QuickBooks Business Network. However, you can still search the QuickBooks Business Network for your customers and vendors, send invitations to connect, and use the AP Automation feature. 
 
Here’s how:


 

  1. Go to the Settings menu under the Gear icon, then select Account and Settings.
  2. In the Account and Settings window, navigate to the Advanced tab.
  3. Locate the Business Network section and set it to Off.
  4. Click Save to confirm your changes.
  5. Finally, click Done to exit.
