When I reconcile my Bank of America Credit Card it does not pickup the previous payment and doe not have anywhere to enter it?

If the account you use to pay the credit card bill and the credit card are both connected, you'll have to transfer the payment to the credit card account. 

Here's how to transfer:

1. Click Banking, then choose Banking.
2. Choose the account, then look for the payment.
3. Click to open the transaction, then choose Record transfer.
4. Click the Select transfer account drop-down arrow, then choose the credit card.
5. Click Record transfer.

If not, you'll have to create a check to record the payment. Here's how:

1. Click the Plus sign (+) icon, then choose Check.
2. Click the Bank Account drop-down arrow, then choose the account from which the payment is made.
3. Click the Payee drop-down arrow, then enter the name of the credit card (vendor name).
4. Enter the amount in the AMOUNT field.
5. In the ACCOUNT field, choose the credit card.
6. Click Save and close.

Once done, you can reconcile the account again.
