When will copies of 1099s e-filed be visible in QBO? Quickbooks shows "There are no 1099 e-filings to show" even though Quickbooks processed the EFT payment to e-file.

In Taxes, I see the payees in the summary but the download folder is empty.

Thanks for dropping by the Community. I'm here to provide information regarding the e-filing process for your 1099s in QuickBooks Online.

When you e-file 1099 forms in QuickBooks Online, it's important to note that the process takes time to complete. After initiating the e-filing, the system requires time to process the information and generate the final copies of your 1099 forms.

Typically, this processing time can vary, and it may take a day or more before the e-filing is completed. During this period, QuickBooks is working diligently to ensure that all the necessary details are accurately reflected in your 1099 forms.

Please be assured that even if you don't see the forms immediately, they are in the process of being finalized. If there are any issues or additional steps needed, QuickBooks will provide relevant notifications to guide you through the process.

I'm adding these articles you can use in the future:

If you have more concerns with your 1099 forms, post them here in the forum. I'll always be around to answer them. Have a good one!
