The product you’re using and the type of payment you’re making affect the deposit speed, Joseph.
If you’re new to QuickBooks Payments, your first payments will be deposited within five business days while we set up your account. After that, deposits happen much faster.
You can check your deposit speed to see how quickly your customer payments are deposited into your bank account. Here’s how:
- On your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account, go to the Gear icon at the top and choose Account and settings.
- In the left menu, select the Payments tab.
- Under the Deposit Speed section, view how quickly your payments will be deposited.
