If you've actively used Tags in the past, you can still access them through the Gear icon under All lists and continue generating reports. However, since you're unable to locate the feature, it’s likely because you fall under the category of users who no longer have access to it.
Alternatively, you can take advantage of other built-in tools, such as custom fields, along with class and location tracking features, to categorize and label transactions for enhanced organization and reporting in QBO.
