Your Company ID is a unique identifier for your QuickBooks Online (QBO)account, and you can find it in two ways: using a keyboard shortcut or navigating to the Subscriptions and billing page. I’d be happy to guide you through both methods.
For the first option, open QBO and press the keys Ctrl + Alt + ? on your keyboard. This will display a pop-up on your screen containing various keyboard shortcuts for transactions and company information.
Alternatively, you can go to Subscriptions and billing, where you will find a comprehensive overview of your current plans, payment history, and options to manage your subscriptions.
- Log in to your QBO account.
- At the upper right corner of your screen, click the Gear icon.
- Select Subscriptions and billing. The Company ID will be displayed at the top.
