Hello, Handyman65. Can you confirm if this data was visible before it disappeared? QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) retains your mileage history as long as the subscription's active. Ensure you selected the correct date range to view these records.
If they still don't appear, try refreshing your data or using an incognito browser to rule out any cache issues. Once logged back in, re-filter the dates to see if the trips reappear.
In addition, please know that you have an option to manually import any missing transactions in QBSE. All you need to do is click the Import trips under the Add Trip dropdown.
