Where is the support? I can't even login to my account which I have used weekly for years. Where is the support phone number and/or chat??

It's my priority to help you access the QuickBooks Online company. Have you tried clicking the "I forgot my user ID or Password" link? If not, I'll show you, so you can login the account.

  1. Go to https://iop.intuit.com.
  2. Under the Sign in button.
  3. Click the "I forgot my user ID or Password" link.image.png
  4. Enter your phone number, email address, or user ID, then select Continue.
  5. Follow the onscreen steps. You'll then receive an email with a password reset link.

However, if you opt to contact our representative, please follow the steps below on how to reach us.

  1. Go to http://payroll.intuit.com/support/contact/.
  2. If asked, select your product.
  3. Check out the contact information.

Of course I did that, and it says it can't find any online Payroll companies. This is scary, because we've been an online payroll costumer for many years. It does not feel reassuring to see that message. Please see the attachment of the screen shot. What's also frustrating is that there is no absolutely support or chat available. I started trying to get help at 6pm. The online chat says it's available until 9pm, but it is not. There is no button showing up to start the chat. Then the phone line takes me through many menus only to find out they close at 6pm.

Thanks for adding a screenshot. Based on the error message, its possible that the login information is no longer associated to your active payroll accounts.

 

I'm here to help you access the payroll companies.

 

I'd recommend clicking on the Sign Out button. This should let you log in again using the User ID and password that you usually used.

I’ve checked some updates and found out that this has already been reported recently. Right now, our developers are working around the clock to fix the issue as soon as possible.
