Thanks for adding a screenshot. Based on the error message, its possible that the login information is no longer associated to your active payroll accounts.

I'd recommend clicking on the Sign Out button. This should let you log in again using the User ID and password that you usually used.

I’ve checked some updates and found out that this has already been reported recently. Right now, our developers are working around the clock to fix the issue as soon as possible.
