Thanks for reaching out to the Community, bss14886. I can help you set up a new QuickBooks Online account.

Creating new accounts only takes a few minutes. You'll be able to find detailed information about each subscription type in our Pricing and subscription levels article. Once you've made a decision, visit the QBO page on Intuit's website to choose which one works best for you. This can be adjusted at a later time if necessary.

In the event you're referring to setting up a new bank account, I can also assist with that.

Here's how it's done:
1. Go to the Gear () icon, then Chart of Accounts.2. Choose New.
3. Use the Account Type ▼ drop-down menu to pick a type.
4. In the Detail Type ▼ drop-down menu, hit the option that best fits which kind of transactions you'd like to track.
5. Give your new account a title.
6. Enter a description.
7. For sub-accounts, make sure to tick Is sub-account and specify the parent.
8. Input when money tracking will begin by using your available ▼ drop-down menu.

  • Click Today if the one you're tracking is brand new as of today. In your Account Balance field, enter its current balance.
  • Click Other if it started on another date. In the Select a date field, enter which date you'd like to start tracking on.

9. Select Save and Close.

I've additionally included a few resources below, some about signing up/using QuickBooks Online and others about working with the chart of accounts. These may come in handy moving forward:

I'll be here to help if you have any other questions. Have a wonderful day!
