We have received reports that customers are unable to edit their worker's W-4 information. This issue is being worked on by our engineers with utmost urgency.
As a workaround, login into your payroll and edit the work location assigned to the employee. If you continue to get the same result, validate the address to the USPS website and make sure it’s correct.
If none of these suggestions work, I recommend you get in touch with our Payroll Support Team. One of our specialists will add your company to the list of affected users. You’ll receive an email once there’s progress about the investigation (INV-59268).
