Why aren't my 2024 bank statements showing up in my reports?

We can check or import your missing bank statement in QuickBooks Online (QBO), info2124. Let me guide you.

To ensure that your 2022 and 2024 transactions are displayed correctly in your reports, please check the For Review tab in your QBO account. Make sure that each transaction has been properly categorized.

We can sort this out by adjusting the filter to include the missing dates. Here’s how:

  1. Go to Transactions, select Bank transactions.
  2. Select the specific bank account tile.
  3. Click the For Review.

  4. Enter the date ranges in All dates dropdown button.
  5. Click Apply.
  6. Tick the Date check box.

  7. Click Accept.

If the transactions are missing from the For Review tab, consider acquiring a CSV file that includes these transactions to your banking institution. Once you receive the CSV file, you can import it into QBO.

Here's how to import you CSV file.

  1. Navigate to Transactions and select Bank Transactions.
  2. Click on the specific bank account tile you need.
  3. Select Upload from file from the Link account dropdown.
  4. Locate the file you downloaded from your bank, then click Continue.
  5. From the QuickBooks account dropdown, choose the account for the transactions. Click Continue.
  6. Align the columns in your file to the fields in QuickBooks, then click Continue.
  7. Choose which transactions to import, then click Continue.
  8. Confirm your choices by selecting Yes.
  9. Click Done.

You can read this article for more detail about manually uploading transactions into QBO provides a detailed guide on how to input transactions from your bank or credit card when they are not automatically downloaded: Manually upload transactions into QBO.

Additionally, I've included a resource on how to reconcile transactions in QuickBooks Online. This is designed to help you achieve perfectly matched transactions, ensuring your accounts are balanced and accurate: Reconcile an account in QBO.

We're committed to assisting you in efficiently managing your financial transactions within QBO. We want to ensure you have everything you need. If more questions arise or you need additional assistance, we're just a reply away.
