Why can't I view, revise, or print reports?

Your cache storage is probably full, howlandlucy.


The cache stores temporary internet files from your browsing history to help your browser quickly load the pages. However, having too many files may affect the browsing performance of QBO or any open browsers and may require you to clear it out.


I'd suggest using an Incognito window first to see if the same thing happens. If you're able to view, revise, or print your reports there, then clear the cache of the browser that you're using. You can use a different browser to do this task.
