There might be a browser issue, which is why the client is unable to access the request. Let's first perform some troubleshooting to isolate and fix the issue.To start with, the client can use a private browser or incognito to check he can access the My Accountant tab.
You can check below for the keyboard shortcuts based on the browser you're using.
Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
Internet Explorer: Ctrl + Shift + P
Safari: Command + Shift + N
If it works without the error, please recommend him to go back to the browser and clear the cache. This way to refresh your server and boost the browser's performance.
