Why disabled "Get app now" button

Hello,

 

We have activated a trial account of Salesforce Connector by QuickBooks. After that, we select 'Salesforce Connector by QuickBooks' in App as see in screenshot ss1 and click on it, and then we see the disabled "Get app now" button.

Select Confirm Disconnect to remove the app from your company profile.  Note: If you can't find Disconnect in the menu, select Settings, then locate the Disconnect button on the settings Select the app, then Get app now.

Thanks for posting here. Let me assist you in linking an application.

 

Some of the application or software available in the Apps menu isn't compatible to all plans of QuickBooks Online. Currently, the Salesforce Connector by QuickBooks works with the QuickBooks Online Advanced plan only. It's possible that you're subscribed to either Simple Start, Essentials, or Plus plans. Also, Salesforce Connector by QuickBooks works with Salesforce Professionals and Enterprise plans.
