Why do I lose access to the dashboard in the iPhone mobile app?

When I opened up the app, I’ll see a tab at the bottom that says dashboard and menu. If I click on menu in a certain navigating the menu, I lose access the dashboard and there’s no way to recover it unless I force close the app to reopen it and then I just lose it again

Hello, Bobby. Ensure the app and device are up to date, as this ensures the latest software patches can bridge the compatibility gap between your phone's system and the app's navigation layout.

 

If your iOS and QuickBooks are both up to date and you're still experiencing issues, try uninstalling the app from your iPhone and then restarting your device. After the restart, reinstall the app to ensure that any outdated navigation problems are replaced with the most stable version of the interface.

 

If the issue persists, I suggest contacting our Customer Live Support team to have this reviewed on their end and determine the cause of the missing or blank dashboard. From the Menu, head over to Article and Support. From the Search tab, click Contact Us and describe the issue in the box provided. Hit Continue, then choose Callback. You can also log in to the web browser to reach our Live Support team via Help.
