If your iOS and QuickBooks are both up to date and you're still experiencing issues, try uninstalling the app from your iPhone and then restarting your device. After the restart, reinstall the app to ensure that any outdated navigation problems are replaced with the most stable version of the interface.
If the issue persists, I suggest contacting our Customer Live Support team to have this reviewed on their end and determine the cause of the missing or blank dashboard. From the Menu, head over to Article and Support. From the Search tab, click Contact Us and describe the issue in the box provided. Hit Continue, then choose Callback.
