Why does chat not work

Hi @robinaltland66 , tried updating QuickBooks to the latest release and re-installing the program, then it's possible that there's something wrong with the company file. Check your connection internet too. You could use verify and rebuild tools for solving this. If no luck, lastest alternative go to https://help.quickbooks.intuit.com/en/contact

Check your connection internet too. You could use verify and rebuild tools for solving this (File > utilities > rebuild). If no luck, go to https://help.quickbooks.intuit.com/en_US/contact for any questions because you couldn't use help chatt tools or you ask in this community. Comment back. Have a good day.
