Why does it always take so long to get someone to help now? 25 minutes for starting a chat, or 45 minutes for getting a call back.
Every message I have seen in the Community about the SIMPLE IRA calculation issue has ended with someone from Quickbooks saying they could not help with this within the community forum, and gave instructions for Chat or Phone. I sat on Chat 2 different times for another payroll issue, only to have to jump off, because no one ever came on. I finally tried a third time and got someone, who solve my problem. I did the call back once, and I don't think I ever got a call back. I have been a Quickbooks customer for 20 years or more; always with great service, but it has been awful lately, and the SIMPLE IRA calculation problem, which has been going on for a year or more is inexcusable.
