I have submitted photo receipts from Amazon but nothing is showing up on the expense report

Why don’t submitted receipts show up as expenses?

To begin with, please ensure that you have successfully submitted the receipt by checking in the For Review tab. Sometimes, receipts aren't processed immediately due to image quality or system delays.

 

Once successfully uploaded, QuickBooks extracts info from it and creates a transaction for you to review. Then, you can add it to an account or match it to an existing transaction in the Receipts tab.

 

If the expense is created but not showing on the expense report, check the date range and filters applied to the report. Ensure it includes the period.

 

Once everything is good, I recommend accessing your account through an incognito window to rule out potential webpage issues. Below are the shortcut keys for opening an incognito window in various supported browsers:

 

Mozilla Firefox: CTRL + Shift + P

Microsoft Edge: CTRL + Shift + N

Google Chrome: CTRL + Shift + N

Safari: Command + Shift + N

 

After starting a new private browsing session, please log into your QBO account and check if the receipt entries are now displayed.
