Why is it when I send out invoices or estimates, it sends out two same copies? I don’t how know to fix so it only mails out one copy.

There are times when your browser may encounter data issues, which can cause QuickBooks to behave unexpectedly. To check if this is the problem, let's log in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account using a private browser. To do this, press the following shortcut key on your keyboard:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl Shift P
  • Safari: Command Option P

 

If this works, you need to clear the browser's cache so the system can start fresh. If you get the same result while using a private browser, I suggest switching to a different one.
