Poaching my clients
Level 1

Why is QBO trying to poach my clients?

Does anyone know how, why or when QBO started poaching my clients if they contact customer service? We are a company with many clients and hold all their subscriptions under our platform. This is not ok. Who do I contact to report?

Conversation to my client during a chat session with QBO...

QBO: While waiting for your account to be pulled up I just wanted to ask who's reviewing your monthly reports and managing your monthly reconciliation?

Client: Politely told them my company

QBO: I see, how would you feel if we can save you time, money and effort by having your own bookkeeper from Quickbooks?

Why is QBO trying to poach my clients?

Hi there!

This isn't what we want you to experience. Although we have a QuickBooks Live Bookkeeping service, Intuit makes sure to have a fair and best business relationship with our clients who uses QuickBooks Online for their bookkeeping and accounting profession.

I'll take note of this but I also encourage you to send feedback. Go to the Gear icon and select Feedback. This way, our team will know and can conduct further investigation why this happened.

For other concerns, please don't hesitate to post again here. We'll respond as soon as we can.
