You don't need to disable class tracking entirely. This lets you maintain class categorization for reporting while avoiding the need for employees to select a class each time they clock in and out.
If you want to turn off the warning, follow these steps:
Please note that disabling this warning will also apply to transactions made in QuickBooks and will stop the prompt moving forward. Changes made within your QuickBooks account will automatically reflect in QuickBooks Time, impacting how employees track their time and ensuring consistency and accuracy, which simplifies payroll and reporting.
However, if you don't want to use classes in QuickBooks Time, you can disable class tracking from there, which will remove the option for employees to select a class.
