Why is the live chat and call back options are not available?

Thanks for posting here in the Community, I'm happy to clarify for you, if you tried to access our live chat or call back features this morning and are using QuickBooks Online, Plus, Essentials or Simple Start, the hours of operation are Monday-Friday 6 AM to 6 PM Pacific Standard Time. So they aren't open just yet. While you wait for them to open, I would recommend checking out a few helpful articles I have linked down below:
