I finally found the page to submit an intelligent question and received an excellent and thorough answer from FritzF Moderator. However, the problem still exists but I cannot find my original question and his reply even though he invited me to reply if more help was needed. Thanks in advance for any help.

You can view your previous post and our response either on your email or under the Posts tab on your QuickBooks Community profile. Then, click your concern.

Each time Intuit replaces the site with some new technology/tool it gets worse and worse. I don't think they care one whit because they never fix the usability issues - never make it better in any way.
