On the other hand, we offered callback requests at the start of the pandemic, so users wouldn't wait in the queue when we have a high call volume. Then, we started taking inbound calls about a year later. The phone number is available in this article: QuickBooks Online Support.

This is exactly what I'm talking about. You did not provide any help but are making excuses for years old information. And now taking more of my time having to explain that you are not helping. And getting no closer to a real solution.
That is the same number we always call. Nobody at that number is able to provide any assistance other than read some articles online and hope you figure it out on your own.
If you have a phone number for advanced support, that would really help. Anything less is not helpful.
