Let's get those recurring bills to generate for all of your customers in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

Since not all of your customers were impacted by this issue, let's look into the template used for your recurring bill.

 

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Under Lists, select Recurring Transactions.
  3. From the list, find the recurring transaction.
  4. Select Use from the Edit drop-down.
  5. Review the transaction details and add more if needed, then select Save and close.

If you need to review the recurring transaction list, you can follow the steps below:

I had checked everything and highlighted the issue to QBO care also. But they are also failed to resolve the same!

I can see that you've reached out to our support already. However, to further investigate this matter, I recommend contacting them again since you've verified that everything was set up correctly. They have the necessary tools that can help identify the root cause of this matter.

 

The best way to reach them is to through these steps:

  1. Click on Help at the top menu bar.
  2. Hit on the Contact Us button.
  3. Enter a brief description of the issue in the What can we help you with? box.
  4. Press on Let's talk.
  5. Select on Get a callback.
  6. Key in your contact details, then tap on Confirm my call.

For now, to get your work done, you may manually create a bill for those affected vendors.

Contacted your support team one month ago through mail and they are keep on saying excuses! And I don't have call option because I'm from United Arab Emirates.

Some QuickBooks Online (QBO) versions like the United Arab Emirates don't have phone support. Yet, we have chat support that you can reach out to. They can further help you with recurring bills that were not generating.

 

Here are the steps on how to reach our Chart Support:

 

  1. Go to Help.
  2. Click Contact Us.
  3. Enter your question and click Let's talk.
  4. Click Start a chat.
