Why won't quick books call back

Thank you for joining the QuickBooks Community, julie107. Usually within 5 min or so, one of our agents will try to connect with you. Sometimes, depending on the number of incoming calls, the time frame may be pushed back. In the event our agents are unable to connect with you, they will contact you again and leave a voicemail encouraging you to call back. Here are the steps to use the call back feature with your program:

1. Go to the Help icon on the top of the page.
2. Click Contact Us.
3. Write your question.
4. Choose the call back feature to connect with us.
5. Confirm your name, number, and email address.

Also, I will be delighted to assist you as well. Simply reply below explaining the situation that is happening. I will be looking out for your reply and keep me posted. Take care.

I've tried using the call back feature twice and have not heard back from anyone.
