I can provide you with details regarding generating your Michigan W-2 form on QuickBooks Online (QBO) and how to file it online.
A copy of the W-2 file can be obtained by downloading the W-2 copies in QBO. To do this, go to the Payroll taxes page under the Payroll section.
Here are the next steps:
- Go to Filings, then Resources
- Select W-2s.
- Click Manage W-2s.
- Choose View and print.
- Hit the Download icon on the Adobe Reader toolbar.
- Save after choosing the file location.
