I have not heard of any issues arising with a Mexico Phone number in the contact field for Team Members.
Feel free to add the contact information for the Team Member and save and if an error message comes up let me know & I can look into it further for you.

Hi Sherissa, I've entered the employees Mexico number which is 13 digits and upon saving the number in QBO it cuts the number to 10 digits. We use Tsheets to track time and I tried to manually enter the phone number but it won't accept it saying I need to enter a valid 10 digit US phone number.
