Could you please clarify what you mean by the new UI, BeauBarron24? Are you referring to the Reports section or the overall QuickBooks Interface? Please know that you can find the Tags option located in the All Lists section.
Here's how:
- Navigate to the Gear icon.
- Under the Lists column, select All Lists.
- You’ll then see the Tags option under Attachments.
Just a heads-up that starting May 19, 2025 customers who have never been used tags will no longer see the option to use tags. However, existing users who have used tags can continue to use them until May 19, 2028. To maintain data tracking, I recommend migrating your tags to custom fields and using the custom fields feature for new transactions.
Additionally, please ensure to download any data or reports you need before May 15, 2028, as the tags will be permanently removed after that date.
