Thank you for reaching out to the Community. This is not the kind of service we want you to experience in QuickBooks. However, I have troubleshooting steps to help resolve this issue. Updating your app is one of the troubleshooting we can perform to make sure you have the latest version. If the problem continues, I recommend resetting the application to refresh it. For the detailed instructions, follow the steps below:
Then close and reopen the app to check if that works. If you still get the same result, let's uninstall and reinstall the app to start on a clean cliche.
To uninstall, tap, and hold the app icon, drag it into the Uninstall trash can at the top of the screen. Once done, download the app and install it.
Though, you can also reconnect your account through the web browser. However, if you're still unable to reconnect with your account, I recommend reaching out to our customer support team. This way, we'll be able to pull up your account in a secure session and to answer your concern.

Hi @math , try in private mode, clear cache and browsing history. Then try to reconnect again. Comment back, cheers.
Qbo doesn't know your login credentials at all . If qbo has the wrong credentials, it's you who entered them .
If the credentials are the only problem , you don't need to disconnect and reconnect your account . You only need to update your username and password , and that's it.
