Your site is not working I cannot add a trip without it logging me out and starting over...

Thanks for posting in the Community, @tms3364.

 

Currently, we have an ongoing investigation of the missing mileage data in the program. I assure you that our product engineers are actively working to have a permanent fix.

 

You're on the right track in logging out from your QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) account. Then, log back in and manually add the trips from the Miles page. For now, I suggest performing this action since this is the recommended method. 

 

In line with this, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care Team. They can add your account to the list of affected users. This ensures you're in the loop about the investigation's status and its fix. Please provide the INV-42946 to our representative as your reference. 

 

Once resolved, you can view, download, or email the Mileage log report. This lets you see the details about your business and personal trips. Just go to Reports from the left menu. Then, set the date range and choose the appropriate task from the View drop-down. The screenshot below serves as your visual guide.
