Join nowHi everyone! I'm looking into using an expense tracking software (leaning towards Zoho Expense) to help with the millions of receipts we have. We do not have any credit cards but do use a debit card that is tied to our bank account. Zoho Expense is saying that I need to create a credit card account in QBD for non-reimburseable expenses so the integration will work properly. Does anyone use Zoho Expense and dealt with this that can help me understand what to do? They are very helpful with their software but I don't want them to tell me what to do in QBD. I'd rather get help from those of you who are masters at QBD. I feel like creating a credit card Grateful for any help.
Hi there, @aparks811901.
QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) allows integration with a number of third-party apps and software.
I can see how Zoho Expense software can make your work easier when this integrates with your QBDT account. To verify if Zoho Expense integrates with QBDT, you can go to the Help menu and select App Center:Find More Business Solution. From the Apps for QuickBooks Desktop page, search for Zoho Expense from the search field.
You can also go directly to this website and search Zoho Expense from here: https://desktop.apps.com/home.
If you have further questions about the software, I recommend contacting their customer service team.
As always, feel free to visit our QuickBooks Community help website if you need tips and related articles in the future.
Please know that you can always get back to us if you have any questions about QBDT. I'm always here to help. Have a great day and keep safe.
As fas as I know, their API by default will export our expenses as CC Statements into QBD. It is why we have to create a CC account. Otherwise, you will need additional effort. You have to export the expense data to XLS and import it as Bank Statements.
